Refund & Returns Policy

Our handcrafted botanical products have this policy due to hygiene and natural variability:
- General
Sales final except for damage, defect, or wrong item.
- Eligible Claims
Contact within 7 days of delivery (with photos/order #). Replacement (if available) or refund (purchase price, excl. shipping) at our discretion.
- No Returns
For opened/used products, change of mind, scent/texture preferences, or allergic reactions. Patch test recommended—see Safety, Allergen & Botanical Transparency (/safety-transparency).
- Process
Email us; approved refunds to original method in 10–14 business days after receipt/inspection (if return required).
- Shipping
Original fees non-refundable. We may cover return shipping for valid claims.
- Non-Returnable
Opened items, perishables, post-7-day claims.
